The fine filter screen of the acid and alkali resistant filter is usually made of materials with good acid and alkali resistance. Common materials include:
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) : has excellent acid-alkali resistance and chemical inertness, suitable for the filtration of acid-alkaline media.
Polypropylene (PP) : has good acid and alkaline resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for the filtration of general acid and alkaline media.
Stainless Steel: stainless steel mesh has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for filtration occasions with high acid and alkali resistance requirements.
Nylon (Nylon) : Nylon mesh has a certain acid and alkali resistance and wear resistance, suitable for general requirements of filtration.
Polyester: Polyester mesh has good acid and alkali resistance and wear resistance, suitable for general filtration requirements.
Among the above materials, polytetrafluoroethylene and stainless steel are generally considered to be good acid and alkali resistant materials, suitable for fine filters with high acid and alkali resistance requirements.
