What is the working principle of plastic magnetic pump?

The working principle of plastic magnetic pump is based on magnetic drive and non-leakage structure, mainly including the following key steps:
Magnetic coupling drive: plastic magnetic pump is composed of pump body, pump shaft, impeller, external magnetic steel, internal magnetic steel, isolation sleeve and so on. The motor drives the outer magnetic steel to rotate, and the inner magnetic steel to rotate synchronously through the magnetic coupling. Due to the magnetic force, there is no direct mechanical connection between the inner magnetic steel and the outer magnetic steel, which avoids the shaft seal problem in the traditional pump, thus achieving a leak-free sealing effect.
Impeller rotation: the inner magnetic steel is connected with the impeller, when the inner magnetic steel rotates under the magnetic drive, the impeller also rotates, and the liquid is pushed to the pump outlet under the action of centrifugal force, so as to complete the liquid transportation.
Non-contact transmission: Because there is an isolation sleeve between the internal and external magnetic steel, the flow of liquid in the pump and the environment outside the pump are completely isolated, avoiding the problem of liquid leakage, especially suitable for transporting corrosive or volatile liquids.
The role of plastic material: The pump body and main components of the plastic magnetic pump are made of corrosion-resistant plastic materials, such as polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), etc., which makes the pump have good chemical resistance when dealing with corrosive media.
To sum up, the plastic magnetic pump drives the internal parts of the pump through magnetic coupling, so that the liquid is contactless transmission, so as to achieve non-leakage of the liquid transport, this design is particularly suitable for handling corrosive or high-purity liquids.
