How to change or clean a bag filter

When the pressure gauge at the top of the bag filter shows 2-3 kg or the pressure difference between the top of the precision filter and the back reaches 0.6 kg, the bag filter has been contaminated and blocked. The steps to replace or clean the bag filter are:

1. Shut down the entire system

2. Close the water inlet valve

3, loosen the top flange screw, by rotating the first round of the rocker arm, so that the upper head flange is 5cm away from the lower flange, and then turn the rocker arm, so that the head leaves the cylinder, convenient for people to clean or replace the filter bag.

4. Open the sewage outlet of the lower head and drain the water of the filter.

5, loosen the filter bag fastener, take out the filter bag.

6. Rinse the filter bag with water until clean or replace the filter bag.

7, clean the inner wall of the filter with water, wash the dirt clean through the sewage outlet, tighten the sewage plug, and then put into the filter bag, and fix the filter bag fasteners.

8. Move the rocker arm so that the head flange and the cylinder flange are aligned, rotate the rocker arm for the first round, press the upper and lower flange tightly, pay attention to the sealing ring, do not shift, and then tighten the screws.
