The balanced type is suitable for the sealing of high-pressure media (usually the pressure is greater than 1.0MPa). The double end face mechanical seal is mainly used for high-temperature, crystallizable, viscous, granular, and toxic volatile media, For double face mechanical seal, isolation fluid shall be injected into the ceiling cavity, and its pressure is generally 0.07 ~ 0.1MPa higher than the medium pressure.

Sealing material: the static sealing material of the chemical electroplating magnetic pump is generally fluoro rubber, and Teflon material is only used in special cases; The material configuration of the dynamic and static rings of mechanical seals is more critical. Cemented carbide is not the best for cemented carbide. The high price is on the one hand. There is no hardness difference between the two and it is unreasonable, so it is best to treat them differently according to the characteristics of the medium.
