1.WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Vertical Pump
  The working principle of acid and alkali resistant vertical pumps is that the liquid in the impeller is pushed by the blades to rotate together with the blades. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation causes the liquid to move outward from the center and gain kinetic energy increment. On the outer periphery of the impeller, the liquid is thrown out into the spiral flow channel. Due to the reduction of the liquid velocity, part of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy, thereby overcoming the resistance of the discharge pipe and continuously flowing out.
  The acid and alkali resistant vertical pump is mainly composed of a liquid storage chamber, a vortex chamber, a return hole, an impeller, and a pump cover. The pump cavity should be filled with liquid before starting. The vortex chamber enters the gas-liquid separation chamber under pressure. At this time, the specific gravity of the air is less than the liquid, and it naturally enters the pipe network. The liquid automatically flows back from the return hole and mixes with the air in the liquid storage chamber again. ....
  This process is repeated until the air in the suction pipe is exhausted; the medium is transported to any place required by the working condition.
